Who we are

The Science Council is an incorporated charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by its Members at an Annual General Meeting. Trustees meet at least four times a year.

There are three subcommittees of the Board; Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, Governance Committee and the Registration Authority,  They each meet at least 3 times a year.

The organisation’s day to day activity is run by a team of staff headed up by a professional Chief Executive.
